Who Are We

Brokerpedia is a business process software platform that aims to deliver accurate answers and solutions. Think of Brokerpedia as a broker’s online workplace.
Created by a broker himself, Brokerpedia is designed for convenient access to policies, rates, calculators, and more. Once a program that was used by a sole broker for his tasks, Brokerpedia is currently available to all brokers who need it.

Rates

Since the rate is arguably the most important consideration for the client, we compile the latest rates. On the Rates page, you can see and compare offers from various lenders. The best part? We have the Future Rates filter to show when rates are changing soon!

Calculator

Comprehensive calculators, ranging from income annualisation to loan repayments, can be found on Brokerpedia. Calculators are constantly updated, following compliance guidelines.

BCO

Have a hard time remembering what your BDM said and where you stored your files? Not anymore! Through BCO, you can store and share important brokering information and documents. You can use the main Brokerpedia search bar to find BCO entries anytime.

Discharges

If you’re looking for a discharge form, just go to this page. Discharge forms from various lenders are arranged alphabetically, and you can filter them by letter. You don’t need to spend time searching for a single document on the lender’s website.

Gather Intel

This feature is similar to an email system but does more than that. A tool for sending an email to multiple BDMs at the same time, Gather Intel allows you to conveniently keep track of responses and save them as BCO entries.
